A lakeside community,
not just a campground.
Established in 1968, Pinewood Park began as a family-oriented campground and has grown into a close-knit seasonal community on the shores of Olmstead-Jeffery Lake in the Ottawa Valley.
Many of our campers reminisce fondly over summers spent at Pinewood, return to revisit those memories — and end up making many more. Generations have grown up here: swimming off the sandy beach, launching boats at dawn, and gathering for near-weekly summer events run by our camper activities committee.
We offer seasonal camping May through October, with extended season packages available.

Our camper-run activities committee keeps the calendar full with near-weekly summer events — movie nights, craft days, potlucks, seasonal celebrations, and spontaneous get-togethers. It’s one of the things that makes Pinewood feel like a community, not just a campground.
